Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 21200 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all 21200 platform users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any services provided by 21200, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as all related policies published on this platform from time to time.

The 21200 platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and are legally eligible to participate in the activities offered. 21200 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

If you do not agree with any of the terms stated here, you are required not to use this platform. Continued use after terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to have only one active account. To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, valid email address, and active phone number. 21200 reserves the right to reject registration or close accounts containing false or misleading information.

Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the 21200 support team immediately. The platform is not responsible for losses resulting from unsecured password usage.

Identity Verification

21200 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, fund withdrawal, or if suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified time may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

Multiple Account Prohibition

The use of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether directly or through others, is strictly prohibited. If 21200 detects linked multiple accounts, all such accounts may be suspended and funds held pending further investigation.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the 21200 platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Users are prohibited from:

  • Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
  • Attempting to access or interfere with systems, servers, or networks related to the platform
  • Impersonating another person or entity or providing false information
  • Using automated software (bots), scripts, or other methods to access or interact with the platform unfairly
  • Sharing or transferring accounts to third parties without prior written permission from 21200
  • Exploiting any technical weaknesses or system errors to gain unfair advantage

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of accounts, and 21200 reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 21200 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of 21200 or our licensors and protected by Malaysian copyright law.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from platform content without prior written permission from 21200.

MYR Payment & Transaction Information

Deposits and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 21200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX, TNG eWallet, and local Malaysian bank transfers. 21200 is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payment processors.

Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are their own. 21200 reserves the right to request proof of bank or digital wallet ownership if necessary.

Fund Withdrawal & Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification processes determined by 21200. All withdrawals will be processed only to the accounts registered by the user — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and account status.

21200 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals that require further investigation due to security or compliance reasons. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in each promotion’s terms before they can be withdrawn.

Transaction Disputes

For any disputes regarding transactions, users must report them to 21200 support within 30 days of the transaction date. After this period, the transaction will be considered final and accepted by the user. 21200 will investigate all complaints fairly and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Third-Party Links

21200 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if informed of the possibility of such losses. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of services.

Account Suspension & Closure

21200 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including term violations, suspicious activity, or failure to comply with verification requests. Users whose accounts are closed for violations may be ineligible to re-register. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded subject to investigation.

Third-Party Links

The 21200 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for convenience and do not imply endorsement of the content or practices of those sites. 21200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites accessed through this platform.

Terms Changes & Governing Law

21200 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved in Malaysian courts having jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed while the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
